The annual 10-7 Retreat is held at the beautiful grounds of Muskoka Bible Centre. The retreat has been organized to offer a safe place for police officers and their spouses to worship and grow. To serve the professionals who are dedicated to protecting and serving in a world gone crazy.

Hillar has years of experience as a pastor and chaplain. For 14 years he led churches in Toronto before heading to Estonia with his wife and three children as missionaries in the former communist country. When he returned he became a chaplain, first in the workplace and then at Toronto Pearson Airport, Long Term Care and Toronto Police Service. He is also a chaplain with Badge of Life Canada where he is a resource for cops who struggle with stress-related injuries like PTSD. Hillar is easy-going and has a way of putting people at ease as he practices what he calls the "ministry of presence". He has training in CISM, ASIST, R2MR and Understanding Trauma & Operational Stress Injury
